Sunday Selfie

Hi efurrybody, Saku here today.

Mom bean decided to spend some time doing stuff with yarn, so I decided it was the purrfect time to practice being a lap cat.

It worked too, cuz the mom bean put down the yarn and we had a good cuddle until I decided I'd had enough.  Just as it should be.

I look pretty pleased with myself, don't I?

Have a great Sunday efurrybody!

Sunday Selfie

Hi efurrybody, it's Sasha here today.

I'm not furry good at this selfie thing but I thought I'd give it a try.

Mom bean did a bit of editing and seems to have lost the tips of my ears.

I think I'll leave this to the young'uns next time.

It's been awhile since we kitties have been on the blog.  We're blaming mom bean for this.  She says she's been busy and hasn't had time for much blogging and is only just managing to keep up with reading our furriends posts.

We're not sure about how busy she's been but we do know strange things are happening around her.  Furst there was a lady who came and stayed in the room we kitties are not allowed in.  Mom bean says she wants one spare room where visitors can stay and won't be covered in cat hair.  Ha!  We got the last laugh on that 'cuz the lady let us sleep in there with her.

And now another door to a room has been closed off.  We got to go in for a little bit while the mom bean was putting stuff in there.  It was really strange stuff, things we've never seen before.  There are these things that looked like they might make good kitty beds.  Mom bean called them car seats....we would have thought the car already had seats.

The other things mom bean says are a play pen, a swing, and some toys.  We're not sure why these things are in our house, but we're not furry happy losing another room to nap in.  Guess we'll have to wait* for awhile to find out what this is all about.

In the meantime I'm going to find a spot in the sunny room to curl up and nap.  If there is one thing I'm good at, it's napping.

Have a great week efurrybody!

Thankful Thursday

The cat came back! This is Will who came home after 19 months living outside on his own.  The v e t guy says he's a little thin, and probably lost the tip of his ear to frost bite, but he's otherwise healthy.

What a brave boy!  He disappeared in a snow storm and just showed up in his family's yard 19 months later waiting for them to come home and let him into the house.

We bet he was pretty happy to be home where it is warm and safe, with regular meals.

Welcome home Will!
